The Story
A grounded, single-level composition organized around a central courtyard. Warm oak soffits, honed travertine and full-height glazing create an architecture of quiet permanence.
Conceived as a single sweeping horizontal gesture, the Kendall Residence is a study in calm — a home that opens entirely to its landscape and dissolves the line between interior and garden.
Every room is drawn toward light and water. Deep overhangs shade a continuous stone terrace, while an infinity edge pool anchors the private courtyard at the heart of the plan.
