The Story
A contemporary composition of stacked volumes in board-formed concrete and glass. A cantilevered second story shelters the pool terrace and living pavilion below.
Set against the water, the Miami Beach Residence is sculptural and precise — a cantilevered upper volume floating above a glass ground floor that opens fully to the ocean.
The architecture frames the horizon at every turn, pairing raw board-formed concrete with warm timber to create a home that feels both elemental and refined.
